The Kent Public Library is a SeniorNet Learning Center. SeniorNet is a nonprofit organization of computer-using adults, aged 50 and older, who provide older adults with training and access to computer technologies to "enhance their lives and enable them to share their knowledge and wisdom." SeniorNet classes at the Kent Public Library SeniorNet Learning Center are on-going. Please call and leave a message at 845-306-5535 if you are interested in volunteering or in taking classes, and a SeniorNet volunteer will get back to you. You can also call the library's main number (225-8585) and asked to be transferred to the SeniorNet phone or hit extension 5535# during the library's phone menu. The Kent Library SeniorNet has a new learning center lab in the new Kent Public Library building. |
